Our cleaning services include toilet and bathroom cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning tables, walls, mirrors, and removing rubbish from the ground and around the venue. We also offer additional cleaning based on specific needs and requirements. Additionally, we provide sustainability auditing and reporting to help you monitor and improve your environmental impact.

How do you manage waste sorting at large events?

Our waste sorting process involves providing clearly labelled bins for different types of waste and having our team monitor and sort waste at a dedicated compound. This ensures maximum recycling and minimises waste sent to landfill. Our approach is designed to promote effective recycling practices and environmental sustainability.

How does Clean Vibes handle waste management?

We offer comprehensive waste management services, including the provision of bins, waste sorting, and removal. Our team ensures that waste is managed efficiently and sustainably, with a focus on recycling and reducing landfill contributions.

Can you provide staff for on-site waste management during events?

Yes, we provide trained staff to manage waste on-site during events. Our team ensures bins are emptied regularly, waste is sorted correctly, and the event site remains clean and presentable.

What happens to all the waste that is taken out from the event?

We ensure all waste is managed sustainably. General waste goes to local landfills, and recyclables are sent to recycling centres. We also partner with City Return and Earn to recycle drink containers like aluminium cans, glass, and plastic bottles. Event organisers can either keep containers onsite or drop them off at a City Return and Earn depot for 10 cents per container.

Do you offer post-event cleaning services?

Yes, we provide thorough post-event cleaning services. Our team ensures the event site is returned to its original condition, with all waste removed and the area cleaned to the highest standards.

Can you help with waste management planning for events?

Absolutely. We work closely with event organisers to develop detailed waste management plans tailored to the specific needs of the event. This includes bin placement, waste collection schedules, and recycling strategies.

How do you ensure the cleanliness of indoor and outdoor event areas?

We deploy dedicated teams to handle both indoor and outdoor cleaning tasks. For indoor areas, we focus on vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping floors, maintaining restrooms, and swapping out bins when they are full. For outdoor spaces, our team regularly sweeps, picks up litter, and empties waste bins to ensure the area remains clean and inviting throughout the event. Additionally, we handle any other tasks agreed upon in the organiser's scope of work to maintain the venue's cleanliness and hygiene.
