Meet the talented individuals behind Clean Vibes

Andrew Macarthur


Starting in the events industry in 2009, Andrew has worked his way up the ranks from a general cleaner to managing large retail commercial contracts to managing large retails contracts. After noticing a gap in the market, Andrew conceived the idea of moving into a sustainable market of the cleaning industry and thus Clean Vibes was born.

Nicole Hunter

Contracts & Procurement Management

Commencing her career in the event cleaning industry in 2010, Nicole has steadily progressed from event cleaning to event supervision. Now holding a managerial position with Clean Vibes, Nicole has accumulated valuable experience on large-scale events like the Sydney Royal Easter Show and Sydney V8 Supercars. She also managed events within one of Queensland's largest Chambers of Commerce. Nicole is currently responsible for all contract NSW and ACT Operations, overseeing related duties with precision.

Raquel Vales


In the finance and accounting field since 2011, Raquel joined Clean Vibes in March 2022, marking her entry into the events industry. She played a crucial role in integrating the roster app with the accounting software and manages financial statements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, monthly payroll, and financial reports with precision.

Nick Turner

National Operations Manager

Initiating his career in the events industry in 2010, Nick has embraced various roles, gaining extensive experience in event operations and logistics. Notable achievements include working on major events such as the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland. Nick stands out as an industry leader, having joined Clean Vibes in May 2022 as State Operations Manager for Victoria, he quickly grew his portfolio to include both South Australian and Tasmanian operations of Clean Vibes and in November 2023 took charge of National Operations.

Rhys Ewers

National Strategic & Planning Manager

With almost 16 years of experience in Event Cleaning and Waste management, Rhys has held significant roles globally. From managing operations for Royal Ascot in the UK to leading the Cleaning and Waste Operations for Expo 2020 in Dubai, Rhys has demonstrated his expertise. Notably, he was responsible for Cleaning and Waste contracts and operations during the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games. Rhys brings a wealth of international experience and leadership to Clean Vibes.

Bethan Hinett

QLD & NT Operations Manager

With a focus on sports throughout her career, Bethan has transitioned to larger-scale events within music and entertainment bringing a diverse range of experience to Clean Vibes. Over the past year, Bethan has progressed through various staffing positions, displaying a passion for events. Having joined Clean Vibes as the National Administration Manager, she has progressed to an Operations Management position looking over Queensland and Northern Territories.

Rebecca Durusovska

NSW & ACT Operations Manager

Embarking on her career in the workers' compensation space, Rebecca spent the last few years contributing to a container deposit scheme. Despite being new to the event industry, she brings over 6 years of experience in people management. Rebecca excels in ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly, driven by her genuine passion for making a positive impact on the environment. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and experiencing new countries and cultures.

Andressa Almeida

NSW Administration and Staffing Coordinator

With experience as a productions assistant and interpreter at COP 27 in Egypt and EXPO Dubai 2020, Andressa adeptly combines administrative skills with global event experiences. Within her administrative duties, Andressa manages recruitment and hiring duties, bringing a diverse skill set to contribute to Clean Vibes' dedication to sustainable waste management in the events industry.

Luke Corstorphin

VIC Event Manager

Supervising events around Victoria since March 2022, including Beyond the Valley, White Night, and Golden Plains, Luke has proven to be a valuable asset to Clean Vibes. With a background in the Construction Industry, coordinating and completing on-site deliveries throughout Melbourne, Luke excels in coordinating staffing and problem-solving in an organized manner. Excited about new challenges, Luke looks forward to contributing to Clean Vibes in his expanded role.

Bharat ‘Barra’ Sapkota

NSW Venue Manager

Barra has been a committed team member of Clean Vibes since 2019, consistently demonstrating a steadfast commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sustainability standards at various event venues. Through his dedication as an event supervisor he has expanded his role to venue management in NSW.  In this capacity, Barra plays a pivotal role in ensuring the venue’s quality and cleanliness meet the highest standards, facilitating seamless events for more than 4000 attendees.

Marc Pope

NSW Event Manager

New to the events industry, Marc is thrilled to embark on this journey with eagerness and a wealth of six years in global management. His diverse experience, coupled with a passion for the outdoors, sports and nature fuels his excitement to contribute to and thrive in the dynamic realm of event management.
