The Cooly Rocks On Festival, held annually on the Gold Coast, is one of Australia's premier rock 'n' roll and vintage car events. Attracting thousands of attendees, this vibrant festival features live music, classic cars, and a nostalgic celebration of the 50s, 60s, and 70s.

Clean Vibes deployed a dedicated team to ensure the festival grounds were kept clean and safe for all attendees. Our event cleaning efforts for Cooly Rocks On included:

• Indoor Stage Maintenance: We maintained cleanliness in indoor areas, such as the main stage and seating areas, by mopping and sweeping floors, removing litter, and ensuring a pristine environment for performances and audience enjoyment.

• Waste Sorting: Our team spent significant time at the waste sorting compound to ensure that all waste was correctly separated from recyclable materials. This involved sorting through waste to maximise recycling efforts and minimise landfill contributions.

One of the main challenges was ensuring that attendees used the correct bins for their waste. Despite clear signage and colour-coded bins, some waste still ended up in the wrong receptacles. To address this, our staff regularly monitored the bins and provided on-the-spot guidance to Cooly Rocks On festival-goers.
